Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) is seeking a qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm to perform comprehensive annual financial‑statement audits for fiscal years ending June 30, 2026, 2027, and 2028, with the possibility of up to two additional one‑year extensions. The engagement must comply with Rhode Island state audit‑procurement guidelines and, if a federal Single Audit is triggered, the firm must also deliver that report by November 30 of the applicable year.
