Budget estimate

$200,000 – $300,000

The solicitation lists an estimated project value of $250,000. Considering typical profit margins for municipal traffic‑signal contracts (≈8‑12 % net), the contractor could expect earnings in the $20,000‑$30,000 range. However, actual profit can vary based on material costs, labor rates, and change‑order volume, so a broader realistic range is $200,000‑$300,000 of contract revenue, yielding $16,000‑$36,000 net profit.
