Envelopes and Letterhead

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals for a price agreement for printing and delivery of letterhead and envelopes for City departments. The contract term will be for one year with automatic renewals for up to two additional one-year terms. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to request additional information and conduct negotiations with selected proposers. Proposals will be evaluated based on understanding of the specifications, pricing, lead times, vendor experience, and ordering and delivery capabilities. • The initial contract term is for one year with automatic renewals for up to two additional one-year terms. • The City does not guarantee any minimum purchase quantity or expenditure under the resulting contract. • The awarded vendor will be required to provide a proof and/or sample of letterhead prior to printing to ensure accuracy of the City logo and coloring. • Proposals must include itemized pricing, setup fees, turnaround time, ordering system description, and references.
