OFF SITE REBUILD OF HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS WITH OEM PARTS - AS NEEDED

The City of Spokane is seeking a vendor to provide off‑site rebuilding of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders using original‑equipment‑manufacturer (OEM) parts on an as‑needed basis for its Waste‑to‑Energy Facility. The contract is a not‑to‑exceed $200 K, two‑year (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2029) agreement that requires the vendor to supply all labor, supervision, materials, tools, transportation, and reporting. Pricing will be unit‑based with a fixed markup on parts, and the City will evaluate proposals primarily on the overall estimated total annual labor cost.
