MCD08 Steno CART Services for Executive Branch

The Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) is seeking providers of CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) services. The selected providers will offer on-site and remote CART services, including optional services such as projection, Jumbotron projection, and CART in languages other than English. To be considered, applicants must meet specific qualifications, including the ability to provide verbatim text display of multi-speaker communication events at a minimum speed of 180 words per minute and a minimum accuracy of 96% according to NCRA standards. The contract term is expected to be four years, with the option to renew for up to nine years.
