Description
The Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9 (FTZ) is soliciting bids for electrician services to install a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the Hawaii Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9 warehouse in Honolulu. The successful bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s license classification(s) B or C-13 and have at least one satisfactory BESS reference project in Hawaii. The project involves the installation of a 125KW/560KWH BESS system, including electrical engineering services, and the bidder must comply with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The bidder must provide a detailed bid proposal, including pricing and a project schedule.
• The bidder must have experience with similar projects and provide references.
• The bidder must comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
• The bidder must provide a warranty for the installed system.
• The bidder must provide training for the system operators.
