Curam Software Maintenance and Support

The State of Missouri, through its Office of Administration – IT Services Division, is seeking a single‑source contract with Merative US LP to provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Curam Social Program Management software that underpins the Missouri Eligibility Determination and Enrollment System (MEDES). The contract covers a full year of service (Oct 1 2026 – Sep 30 2027) and includes support for over 20 functional modules such as case management, income support, and verification. No alternative vendor exists because Merative is the sole owner of the Curam platform. • Provide software updates, patches, and bug fixes • Offer technical help‑desk support for end‑users • Maintain system performance and security • Assist with configuration changes and minor enhancements • Ensure compliance with state regulations and data privacy standards • Deliver documentation and training as needed • Service period: 12 months, no renewal option.
