Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking information from vendors to develop a Smart Wyoming Visitor Flow System, a next-generation, statewide visitor management, marketing orchestration, and public safety routing platform. The system aims to transition from reactive tourism tracking to proactive visitor orchestration, bridging the gap between pre-trip inspiration and real-time, in-market behavioral redirection. The system will consist of multiple modules, including marketing automation, data ingestion, and predictive architecture. Vendors are requested to provide written information about their products and services, with the possibility of demonstrating their products. Some of the key features of the system include:
• Multi-agency CRM and marketing dashboard
• Data ingestion and predictive architecture
• Low-friction engagement and edge resilience
• Agentic AI brain and content guardrails
• Stewardship and attribution reporting
• Local incentives and rewards
• Executive reporting and attribution dashboards
The State of Wyoming is looking for vendors who can provide all services in support of the Smart Wyoming Visitor Flow System, and a Request for Proposal (RFP) may be issued after receiving and evaluating vendors' responses.
