UNH 240 HP Tractor

The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is requesting bids for a new 240 HP tractor for the UNH Farm Services. The equipment needs to be in stock and available for delivery within a week after award. The purchase may be made in whole or in part with federal funds from the Hatch Act Capacity Grant, pending approval. The tractor must meet or exceed all specifications provided, including engine, PTO, transmission, hydraulics, cab, weights, tires, and accessories. • The tractor must have a 240 HP rating and 270 HP max boosted. • The tractor must have a minimum of 4 rear remotes. • The tractor must have a suspended cab with air suspension seat, monitor mounting bracket, display monitor, instruction seat, AC & Heat, and full GPS and Autosteer. • The tractor must have front and rear wheel weights. • The tractor must have rear duals and front tires of size 380/85R34 and rear tires of size 480/80R46. • The tractor must have a 3-point hitch with telescoping draft links and mechanical center link. • The tractor must have accessories such as rotating beacon, Bluetooth radio, block heater, and front fenders. The evaluation criteria will be based on competitiveness of pricing, condition of equipment, warranty, response to specifications, completeness of bid response, compliance with federal flowdown requirements, and equipment availability.
