The VA intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to provide, deliver, and maintain five A8‑size portable secure storage containers for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center’s Homeless Veterans program. The contractor must lease the containers, stage them at a Shreveport location, keep them temperature‑controlled, pest‑free, and insured, and be able to reposition them to additional VA sites on short notice while supplying detailed monthly reports. • Provide five 16 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft secure, temperature‑controlled storage containers (A8 PODS). • Deliver, stage, and maintain containers at Shreveport (initial) and three additional VA sites in Monroe, LA; Longview, TX; and Texarkana, TX. • Perform 24‑48 hour repositioning, uphold insurance coverage (≥ $1 M), and submit monthly condition, temperature, and pest‑management logs.
