26-023 Oak Hill Park Tennis Courts and Playground Renovations

The City of Pawtucket is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate Oak Hill Park’s two tennis courts and associated playground facilities. The work includes demolition of existing surfacing, equipment, fencing, and site improvements, followed by construction of new hard‑court tennis surfaces, a pickle‑ball court, a tot‑playground, new chain‑link fencing, benches, picnic tables, drainage systems, grading, asphalt paving, concrete walkways, and landscaping. The contract is fixed‑price, requires a 5 % bid bond, 100 % performance and payment bonds, and includes retainage and liquidated‑damage provisions.
