Ch. 30§39M and other procurement statutes.The City of Springfield invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the requested services, to submit bids to enter into an agreement to provide improvements to Marshall Roy Park, 162 El Paso St, Springfield, MA 01104. Project includes earthwork, installation of: owner-furnished site furnishings, new playground structure and equipment, new play components on an existing playground structure, cast-in-place concrete work, fencing and landscaping. Estimated value of the contract is approximately $135,000.00.It is strongly encouraged to attend a site visit on October 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM on site. All questions regarding this bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than 10/7/26 ([email protected]) in order to be considered.
