The District of Columbia Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified event‑planning firms to provide full‑service planning, coordination, and execution of FY26 events across DC parks. Only Certified Business Enterprises (CBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE) may submit proposals. The contractor will be responsible for concept development, vendor management, logistics, staffing, compliance with city regulations, and post‑event reporting. • Scope includes all phases of event planning for municipal park events (concept, budgeting, permits, staffing, on‑site management). • Requires experience with government contracts and ability to work with CBE/SBE vendor requirements. • Deliverables: detailed event plans, timelines, risk assessments, final reports, and compliance documentation.
