Reconditioning & Cleaning of Well #3

The Rockingham County is seeking proposals for the reconditioning and cleaning of Well #3. The scope of work includes removing and reinstalling pumping equipment, disassembling and inspecting the equipment, and conducting chemical treatments to redevelop the well. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, labor, and supplies to complete the work. The proposal should include pricing for each item of work, as well as a total price for the entire project. • The contractor will be responsible for conducting a preliminary test of the well to establish a baseline for the evaluation of the cleaning effort. • The contractor will be required to provide a report detailing the work done, repair parts furnished, redevelopment procedures followed, and the results of the redevelopment. • The contractor will be required to maintain insurance coverage throughout the duration of the project. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
