RFP 26-60 Benefits Consulting and Brokerage Services

The City of Somerville is seeking a benefits consulting and brokerage services provider to assist with the administration of its employee benefits program. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing consulting and brokerage services, including but not limited to, benefits plan design, implementation, and administration. The vendor will also be required to provide ongoing support and services to the City's employees. The contract is expected to be awarded on or around April 30, 2026. • The vendor must have experience in providing benefits consulting and brokerage services to public sector clients. • The vendor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality services and support to clients. • The vendor must be able to provide a comprehensive benefits program that meets the needs of the City's employees. • The vendor must be able to provide ongoing support and services to the City's employees. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed plan for the implementation and administration of the benefits program.
