The contractor would be responsible for delivering a fully‑furnished, turn‑key facility of roughly 30,000 sq ft that supports 190+ workstations, meeting rooms, private office pods, a lactation pod, break and kitchen areas, and all associated utilities. Additional responsibilities include property management, on‑site IT support and maintenance, administrative and janitorial services, provision of software and collaboration licenses, and hardware installation/maintenance, all while meeting strict DoD security and access‑control requirements.
