Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

The RFP does not disclose a contract value. Based on the projected production volume (~200,000 credentials per year) and typical secure‑card printing costs ($1‑$3 per card) plus design, software integration, and support services, the annual spend could range from $300k to $600k. Over the base five‑year term, total revenues might fall between $1.5 million and $3 million, with the optional extension adding similar amounts. Therefore a realistic budget range for a successful vendor would be roughly $1 million‑$3 million over the contract life.
