DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAX POSTING SERVICES

The County of Greenville is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide on‑site physical posting of Notices of Levy for delinquent property taxes on mobile homes, real property, watercraft, and aircraft. The contractor will receive electronic listings of delinquent properties, prepare notices per County specifications, post them in conspicuous locations between 8 am‑8 pm, Monday‑Saturday, and maintain a searchable database of posting activity for at least six years. The contract is a one‑year base period (Jan 1 – Dec 31 2027) with up to four annual renewals, and the County may award portions of the work to multiple vendors. Proposals must include company background, qualifications, references, key personnel résumés, pricing per posting and per hard‑copy/photograph, and a statement of understanding of the service requirements.
