MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF STATE VEHICLES

The State of South Carolina Department of Administration (State Fleet Management) is seeking a single‑entity contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for its fleet of medium‑duty, heavy‑duty, and specialty vehicles and equipment. The work includes scheduled OEM‑based maintenance, unscheduled repairs, warranty work, parts replacement (both aftermarket and OEM), on‑site repairs, and all associated labor, materials, and diagnostic services. The contract is fixed‑price, with a base one‑year term and up to four one‑year renewal options, for a maximum five‑year performance period.
