Intent to Award Sole Source MPU5 Radios

The Marine Force Reserves New Orleans intends to award a sole source contract to Persistent Systems, LLC for the procurement of 10 MPU5 radios and supporting equipment. The equipment is required to support the 4th Reconnaissance Battalion and is critical to enhancing operational readiness and ensuring effective communication capabilities. The procurement includes radios, antennas, batteries, and necessary mission-support components. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. • The equipment is purpose-built kits custom made for the using unit. • Market research has identified Persistent Systems, LLC as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the exclusive distributor of the required equipment within the United States. • Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government’s requirement.
