Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to BW Secure Inc.

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to BW Electric, Inc. for annual preventive maintenance services for the existing Access Control System. The award will be a sole source procurement in accordance with 12.102(a). Potential sources other than BW Electric, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Charity Yellowhair-Gilbert by 10:00am EST on Thursday, April 30, 2026. • The services required are annual preventive maintenance services for the existing Access Control System at Kayenta Health Center. • The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to BW Electric, Inc. • The Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents. • Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
