REPOST RFP Residential Substance Use Services

Buncombe County Health and Human Services is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide residential substance use services for mothers and their children. The selected vendor will provide supportive services such as life skills training, parenting support, job training, therapy, transportation assistance, and housing stability. The vendor will also provide staff or approved supervision at all times in the facility to monitor and ensure the facility is safe for children and residents. Some key requirements include providing 12 separate residential spaces, attending monthly "treatment team" meetings, and submitting quarterly and annual reports. • The contract term is 1 year with an option to renew. • The vendor must demonstrate experience with public and/or private sector clients with similar or greater size and complexity to Buncombe County. • The vendor must provide information on the qualifications and experience of all executive, managerial, legal, and professional personnel to be assigned to this project. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, and licensing requirements.
