RFP 25-67 CREDIT CARD AND API SERVICE

The City of Hutchinson is seeking a vendor to provide credit card and API services for its commercial purchasing card program. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a credit card program with the highest quality service at the lowest aggregated cost. The program should include features such as credit card issuance, transaction processing, reporting, and customer service. The vendor will also be responsible for managing the city's account on an ongoing basis and providing regular service reviews. The city is looking for a vendor that can provide a comprehensive solution that meets its needs and provides a high level of service. Some key requirements include: • Providing a credit card program with the highest quality service at the lowest aggregated cost • Managing the city's account on an ongoing basis • Providing regular service reviews • Offering a revenue sharing or rebate program • Providing statements and transactions in a file format that can be easily uploaded or transferred to the city's financial software system • Having a service office within Reno County or giving local preference • Providing additional features such as virtual (API) credit card payments and other payment methods
