Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program and Payment Solutions RFP

The City of Pontiac seeks a qualified financial institution or payment‑solution provider to design, implement, and manage a modern Purchasing Card (P‑Card) program for its municipal operations. The solution must include traditional and virtual cards, robust fraud‑prevention controls, real‑time reporting, integration with the City’s BS&A ERP system, mobile app functionality, and a rebate/fee structure that maximizes net savings on an estimated $1.2 M annual spend.
