Standard Recovery - Dominican Republic (Follow-on)

The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) is seeking a contractor to provide asset protection and recovery services for a claim in the Dominican Republic. The contractor will be responsible for analyzing the case, considering recovery strategies, and implementing actions to maximize collections on behalf of EXIM Bank. The contract will cover one specific claim, EXIM Bank Claim No. I200678, and the contractor will be paid on a contingency fee basis. The contractor must be a law firm registered and licensed in the Dominican Republic Bar Association and have experience handling collection matters for foreign government entities.
