The Navajo Nation Broadband Office is seeking a vendor to provide fully‑managed lit‑fiber services (minimum 1 Gbps) to two Utah Chapter Houses, including all design, construction, and ongoing operations. The contract must comply with E‑Rate Category‑1 requirements, include a detailed special‑construction cost breakout, and meet stringent service‑level agreements (99.99 % availability, ≤30 ms latency, ≤4 hr MTTR). Bidders must submit separate pricing for multiple bandwidth tiers (100 Mbps‑10 Gbps) and optionally propose additional Navajo‑Nation dark‑fiber infrastructure that is ineligible for E‑Rate funding.
