This solicitation calls for the design, fabrication, and installation of a custom light‑tunnel training enclosure at the Scout Motors Training Center in Blythewood, SC. The contractor must provide a non‑corrosive metal frame, a specialized LED lighting system with a manual controller, and all associated site work, ensuring compliance with specified dimensional, environmental, and safety standards. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will be a fixed‑price, one‑time service.
• Design and submit approved structural and electrical plans for a 30‑ft‑long, 9‑ft‑6‑in‑high, 20‑ft‑4‑in‑wide tunnel.
• Supply and install Oligo Surface Controls HST1.2 controller and LPS100 puremaxLED fixtures meeting IP‑54, UGR ≤ 19, and illumination ≥ 1,000 lux requirements.
