Fort Belvoir Catholic Priest (Archdiocese of the Military Services (AMS)) Synopsis/Solicitation

The US Army is seeking a reliable quote from a qualified business source to provide Catholic Priest services in support of military religious and worship activities at Fort Belvoir, VA. The contractor must be experienced and fully qualified to perform the required services without any direction by Government personnel. The contractor will be required to submit an ecclesiastical endorsement as proof of good standing with the denomination. • The contractor must be an ordained member of the Roman Catholic Church and endorsed by the Archdiocese for Military Services. • The contractor must provide a resume to demonstrate that all qualifications have been met. • The contractor must submit a DD 2088 (Statement of Ecclesiastical Endorsement) with their proposal. • The contractor must comply with the Roman Catholic Church, Archdiocese of the Military Services (AMS) Priests' Manual, Army Regulation 165-1, Army Pamphlet 165-18, and Installation Chaplain Policies.
