Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

Based on the extensive list of pipe lengths (over 1,500 LF of HDPE and RCP), concrete work, asphalt removal/replacement, grading, sodding, and fence removal, a typical unit price for similar municipal storm‑drain projects in Missouri ranges from $800 to $2,200 per linear foot of pipe, plus $150‑$300 per square foot for concrete/asphalt work. Aggregating these line‑item estimates suggests a total contract value roughly between $1 million and $3 million. The low end assumes modest material costs and efficient labor; the high end reflects higher material prices, prevailing‑wage labor rates, and contingency allowances.
