MarComm Photography-Videography Services

The New Mexico State University (NMSU) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive photography and videography services for its Marketing & Communications (MarComm) program. The four‑year professional‑services contract will support a wide array of media assets—including billboards, paid ads, social‑media posts, website content, magazines, and broadcast pieces—through full‑service production, from concept to delivery. Vendors must handle all associated costs (travel, models, releases, equipment, drone operations, copyright clearance, etc.) and must possess FAA‑licensed drone capability, appropriate insurance, and the ability to tag and archive all deliverables in NMSU’s public content repository. The solicitation uses a point‑based evaluation, heavily weighting experience, creativity, and a detailed creative proposal, with additional preference points for New Mexico resident or veteran‑owned businesses.
