Description
City of Cleveland is seeking an authorized Kenworth parts dealer to provide parts and labor for the maintenance and repair of Kenworth dump trucks used by the Division of Water Pollution Control. The contractor must supply parts (non‑warranty items) with a minimum six‑month replacement warranty and provide labor warranted for twelve months (or six months from installation). All unit prices must include shipping and handling, and the total purchase order shall not exceed $25,000. The award will be based on the lowest and best bid, evaluated on unit price and delivery time.
• Supply of Kenworth dump‑truck parts on a regular and emergency basis
• Labor services with a guaranteed twelve‑month warranty
• Required documentation: dealer authorization, price list with discounts, MSDS, wage‑theft disclosure, and Northern Ireland affidavit
• PO validity: one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first
