The City of Cleveland is seeking an authorized distributor/repair provider to service and replace parts for a Landa hot‑water pressure washer and a J.E. Adams vacuum unit. The contractor must supply replacement parts, provide a minimum six‑month warranty, and be able to deliver parts within the specified work‑day timeframe, supporting both regular and emergency needs throughout a one‑year performance period.
• Repair/replacement of Landa VHG‑30024C pressure washer (4.8 gpm @ 3000 psi, 10 hp).
• Repair/replacement of J.E. Adams Model 9225 vacuum (serial 65029).
• Provide optional consumables (e.g., soap) and all required MSDS documentation.
• Must be an authorized distributor, located ≤40 mi from downtown Cleveland, and include shipping costs in unit prices.
