The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District is issuing an IDIQ Multiple‑Award contract for multidisciplinary architect‑engineer (A‑E) services covering both Civil Works and Military Construction missions. The contract will be used to award individual task orders for a wide range of design and engineering work—ranging from feasibility studies, permitting, and CADD drafting to construction‑phase services and commissioning—across the Norfolk District AOR and, if needed, the North Atlantic Division AOR.
