Kodiak 100 Camera Mount and Cargo Pod Alteration

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking proposals for the alteration of an existing cargo pod on a Daher Kodiak 100 aircraft to accommodate a fixed camera mount with associated equipment and hardware. The contract term is anticipated to be from February 18, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $95,000 to $115,000. Responders must submit a qualifying work history and meet specific requirements, including being the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Authorized Dealer to the OEM, or FAA Certified Part 145 Repair Station. • The proposal must include specifications, cost detail, contractor qualifications, and approved equals. • The responder must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications, a user manual, or other documentation about the product upon request by the State. • The responder must provide any license agreements, maintenance agreements, or other terms and conditions relevant to the work under a resulting contract. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses received, waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
