The solution must be battery‑powered, operable in extreme temperatures (‑30 °F to +150 °F), installable in a variety of vehicle types without permanent modifications, and delivered within 45 days of contract execution. The vendor must provide a one‑year manufacturer warranty, 24/7 technical support, rapid parts replacement, and certify compliance with NDAA Section 889.
