Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

Based on typical costs for a precast concrete box culvert replacement (including demolition, material, labor, traffic control, and bonding requirements) in upstate New York, a project of this size and 120‑day duration usually ranges from roughly $500,000 to $1,500,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the length and diameter of the culvert, site conditions (soil, water flow), material prices, and any unforeseen utility relocations.
