WWTP Digester and Settling Tank Cleaning Project

The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for the WWTP Digester and Settling Tank Cleaning Project. This project includes the removal and legal disposal of the wastewater contents contained in Digester No. 1, Primary Settling Tanks 3 & 4 at the North Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Digester No. 1 at the South Wastewater Treatment Plant. • The project requires bidders to comply with the State Licensing Law for Contractors and the SEDBE Program. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 25, 2026. • Electronic or sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, September 10, 2026. • The City-Parish has established a minimum EBE goal of 6% of the contract amount.
