Construction Services: DCWWTP Primary Sedimentation Basin Rehabilitation Project

The City of Roseville is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate the primary sedimentation basin at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (DCWWTP). The work includes replacing chain‑and‑flight clarifier mechanisms, ancillary metal components, expansion joints, and performing structural repairs to extend the basin’s service life, restore watertightness, and mitigate corrosion. The contractor must provide full project management, construction, testing, commissioning, and close‑out documentation, adhering to applicable ASTM, ACI, AWWA, and SSPC standards, while coordinating with plant operations to minimize downtime. • Replace clarifier chain‑and‑flight mechanisms and ancillary components (replace‑in‑kind). • Replace expansion joints and perform structural rehabilitation (concrete repair, re‑bar, crack injection, etc.). • Provide all labor, equipment, materials, QA/QC, and testing/commissioning services. • Manage the project from award through final close‑out, including schedule updates, RFIs, and asset data entry. • Attend mandatory pre‑proposal conference on Sep 17, 2026; submit full proposal by Oct 27, 2026.
