Description
The City of Cleveland’s Department of Aging is seeking a contractor to provide snow‑path shoveling/blowing and de‑icing services for senior‑resident homes on the North‑East side of Cleveland during the 2026‑2027 winter season. The contract is short‑term, seasonal, capped at $25,000 per year, and runs from December 1 2026 through March 31 2027. The contractor must respond within 24‑48 hours after any snowfall of three inches or more, maintain weekly logs with before‑and‑after photos, and cannot use subcontractors. Experience of at least three years, own equipment, and required insurance and certifications are mandatory.
