Athletic Fields and Track Maintenance Services

DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive athletic field and track maintenance services for its 138 schools and facilities throughout the district. The contract will cover all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, insurance, travel, and related costs required to keep fields safe, playable, and compliant with district standards. Vendors must attend a mandatory virtual pre‑proposal conference and a mandatory on‑site visit, submit questions by the specified deadline, and deliver a full proposal electronically by October 8, 2026. The award is subject to Board of Education approval and funding availability. • Scope includes routine mowing, irrigation, surface repairs, line painting, equipment upkeep, and seasonal inspections across multiple elementary, middle, high schools, and athletic stadiums. • Services must be performed by DCSD‑approved personnel; subcontracting is prohibited without prior consent. • Vendors must provide extensive insurance coverage (general liability, workers’ comp, auto, umbrella, professional liability) and comply with Georgia’s E‑Verify/Immigration regulations. • The contract may include renewal or extension options aligned with the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). • All proposals must be submitted via the DCSD IonWave portal in PDF format, following the point‑by‑point response format.
