Wastewater Treatment Improvements - Bentley, KS

This sealed‑bid solicitation seeks a contractor to improve the City of Bentley’s wastewater treatment facility by constructing a new wetland lagoon cell, providing extensive earthwork, riprap, PVC force‑main and transfer piping, and associated structures, fencing, and seeding. The work will be awarded as a single prime contract on a lump‑sum and unit‑price basis. • Construct one new wetland lagoon cell (~15,000 CY cut, ~9,200 CY fill) • Install approximately 1,052 tons of riprap and 470 LF of 6” Class 200 PVC force‑main plus 930 LF of 8” SDR 35 PVC transfer piping • Provide miscellaneous intake, transfer, discharge structures, new fencing, seeding, and related appurtenances • All bids must be sealed and submitted by 2 PM CT on 18 Sept 2026; bidding documents available for inspection at Schwab Eaton (Beloit, KS) and City Hall (Bentley, KS) during listed hours.
