Air-Fed Vertical Collating System

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, and fully support an air‑fed vertical collating/booklet‑making system with three collator towers (30 bins total). The contract is a five‑year agreement with five optional one‑year extensions and includes equipment removal, operator training, a full‑service maintenance plan, and on‑site technical support. Vendors must have at least five years of relevant experience, provide a two‑hour service‑request callback, and be able to complete installation within 30 days of delivery.
