RFQ 270000009 Kenai Snow Removal

The State of Alaska’s Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking qualified contractors to provide performance‑based snow removal and ice‑control services for the Kenai Army National Guard facility. The contract is a two‑year firm term with up to three one‑year renewal options, subject to funding. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies needed to plow roads, clear sidewalks, and apply sand (F‑chip) on an as‑needed basis, responding within four hours of a call‑out and completing work within twelve hours. Service windows are 7 am‑4 pm on weekdays, with possible weekend work during drill periods.
