Water and Sewer Improvements

The Village of Oak Park is seeking qualified contractors to execute a comprehensive water and sewer infrastructure upgrade (Project 26‑01). The scope includes installing combined sewer mains, replacing water mains and service lines, installing precast manholes and drainage structures, performing spot repairs, and fully restoring affected roadways, sidewalks, and parkways with asphalt paving and curb work. All work must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and will be submitted electronically. • Installation of combined sewer mains and residential service connections • Replacement of water mains, water valves, and associated appurtenant work • Full roadway restoration (curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveways, hot‑mix asphalt, markings) • Project limited to the Village of Oak Park, IL; contractors must be pre‑qualified by the Village.
