The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a lease for 4,975 net usable square feet of space for a community-based outpatient clinic in Nashville, TN. The lease term is for 10 years, with 3 years firm and 7 years non-firm. The space must be available for occupancy by May 1, 2027, and have a minimum of 40 parking spaces. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. • The space must be within the delineated area, which is bounded by Interstate I-40 to the north, Interstate I-65 to the east, Hwy 70S to the south, and Interstate I-440 to the west. • The lease will be for a community-based outpatient clinic. • The Government is limited by law to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space. • The Department of Veterans Affairs will not pay any brokers fees or costs associated with responding to the Sources Sought Notice.
