Professional Services Relating to The Reappraisal of All Real Property Effective for the Grand List

The Town of Milton is soliciting proposals from qualified and certified appraisal firms to conduct a townwide reappraisal of all real property for implementation with the 2030 Grand List. The reappraisal must comply with all applicable Vermont statutes, Property Valuation and Review (PVR) requirements, and International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) standards. • The selected firm will be responsible for completing a full reappraisal using the NEMRC MicroSolve CAMA system. • The project involves conducting a townwide reappraisal of all real property. • The project must comply with Vermont statutes, PVR requirements, and IAAO standards.
