2026/2027 Well and Pump Station Maintenance and Repair Service Contract

The City of Sandy, Utah is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for its well and pump stations. The contract will be for a period of approximately two years, with the option to renew. The contractor will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on an as-needed basis, including troubleshooting, motor and pump removal and reinstallation, and well video surveys. The contractor will also be required to provide a list of related projects completed in the last five years, as well as references from previous clients. • The contract will be awarded based on factors such as the contractor's experience, the strength of their local office, and their bid price. • The contractor will be required to provide a warranty for all work performed, and to maintain adequate insurance coverage. • The contract will be subject to the laws of the State of Utah and the ordinances of Sandy City. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any minor irregularities or technical errors in the bidding process.
