Request for Proposals - Fixed Based Operator Lease (RIW)

The City of Riverton is seeking a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to lease airport-owned facilities at the Central Wyoming Regional Airport. The selected FBO will provide a range of services, including aircraft fueling, maintenance, and ramp services. The proposal should include a business plan, financial information, and a description of the applicant's experience and qualifications. The selection process will be based on criteria such as financial viability, FBO experience, business operations plan, and knowledge of FAA rules and regulations. • The FBO will be required to operate during scheduled business hours and provide prompt and professional services to airport users. • The FBO will be responsible for maintaining the fuel farm and self-fueling station, as well as providing janitorial services for the leased premises. • The FBO will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to fuel storage and handling. • The FBO will be required to provide a full-time, experienced manager and duly authorized subordinate employee. • The FBO will be required to participate in random drug testing for employees associated with aircraft fueling operations or maintaining or performing mechanical repairs to aircraft.
