The County of Howard is seeking a qualified construction firm to upgrade the existing 1.3‑mile Patuxent Branch Trail. The project converts a gravel trail to a paved asphalt pathway, adds roadway elements, traffic signals, park amenities, storm‑water management features, timber bridge upgrades, and necessary environmental compliance and site restoration. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related services, comply with multiple state and local permits, and complete the work within a 390‑day schedule.
