Budget estimate

$9,500,000 – $10,500,000

The solicitation cites a maximum construction allocation of $10,108,591. Assuming the bid will be evaluated on the lowest responsive price, the contractor’s earned revenue is expected to fall near that ceiling, with typical contingencies and profit margins bringing the final award somewhere between $9.5 M and $10.5 M. Factors influencing the final amount include bid competitiveness, any optional alternates, and the exact scope of ancillary items (lighting, landscaping, restroom).
